## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Responsable, Gestion des Effectifs, Opérations to join our team at Airbnb.

The Labour Excellence and Supplier Operations team at Airbnb improves the efficiency, utilisation, quality, and impact of activities related to Airbnb Accommodations, Hotels, Services, and Experiences through a combination of AI-optimised operations and human interventions.

As a Responsable, Gestion des Effectifs, Opérations, you will play a key role in operational intelligence and capacity strategy with our Adapted Operations and Revenue Operations teams. This is a strategic, highly visible, and high-impact role at the intersection of workforce strategy, financial efficiency, and senior leadership stakeholder management.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading demand forecasting, capacity planning, and reporting on resource utilisation for Adapted Operations and Revenue Operations teams – Sales.

- Closely supervising and improving our weekly staffing and scheduling process for projects, determining the optimal allocation of agents across new and existing projects.

- Maintaining a real-time overview of all active and upcoming projects, tracking their status, performance, and obstacles.

- Creating a consensus and obtaining decisions regarding programme resources and needs.

- Collaborating with stakeholders to proactively develop the project portfolio and ensure a solid pipeline of value-added work.

- Measuring and communicating the cost effectiveness of the team.

- Managing the project governance system to ensure the team focuses on high-value initiatives.

- Identifying and reporting proactive operational risks.

- Collaborating on improving partner efficiency through data-driven evaluation.

Requirements:

- Over 10 years of experience in operations in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.

- At least 5 years of experience in supplier management, workforce management, and/or capacity planning.

- Experience in influencing and managing stakeholders.

- Strong process design and execution skills.

- Experience in developing capacity plans, staffing plans, and schedules.

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL.

- Experience in integrating AI and automation into supplier workflows.

We offer a competitive salary range of $128,000-$160,000 CAD per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
