## Description

The Lead Pharmacy Technician - SDU will lead the effective and safe daily running of the SACT Distribution Unit (SDU) to ensure a safe service provision and maintain and develop the highest standards of patient-focused care.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the procurement, storage, dispensing, and distribution of Batch and Patient Specific (PS) products

- Monitoring key performance indicators and reporting on a weekly/monthly basis

- Leading and managing staff across both RMH sites

- Working closely with Aseptic Operations Manager, Pharmacy Stores Manager, and other stakeholders

- Identifying areas for quality improvement and implementing changes

The successful candidate will have:

- Experience in a similar role

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
