## Description

We are seeking an experienced Art Director to lead the Art function across FC Mobile, driving visual quality, content creation efficiency, and artist productivity.

As a leader in sports entertainment, EA SPORTS FC is revolutionizing football with innovative experiences, connecting fans worldwide through interactive games.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Art and lead a multidisciplinary Art team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high-quality execution.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Art team

- Partner with Art Directors, Design, Engineering, and Production leaders to establish a shared vision for visual quality

- Drive improvements to content creation workflows and asset pipelines

- Champion visual quality across player authenticity, stadium presentation, environments, lighting, cinematics, and overall game presentation

- Identify opportunities to improve team productivity through automation, AI-assisted workflows, and emerging content creation technologies

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in game development, leading art, technical art, or content production teams

- Proven ability to drive visual quality across multiple content disciplines

- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Art, Design, Engineering, and Production teams

- Strong understanding of modern game content creation workflows and real-time game development pipelines

- Demonstrated ability to improve team effectiveness through workflow optimization, process improvement, or technology adoption

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with football, sports, or live service game development

- Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Unity, or other real-time content creation platforms

- Experience adopting AI-assisted workflows, automation solutions, or emerging creative technologies
