## Description

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to support OGC ASEAN in all legal matters, focusing on AI and compliance. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and opinions on day-to-day matters relevant to all departments and functions.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support to OGC ASEAN and APDM across various legal matters

- Offer legal advice and opinions on day-to-day matters relevant to all entities in Thailand

- Conduct legal reviews and oversight of AI-related initiatives and technology workflows

- Support Compliance Office and Internal Audit functions

- Collaborate with various teams to ensure legal compliance and adherence to regional regulations

Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law (Juris Doctor or LL.B. preferred)

- 7-10 years of experience in corporate compliance program management

- Demonstrated experience in compliance risk assessments, policy development, and regulatory monitoring

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and risk assessment skills

- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office skills
