## Description

This is a 6-month paid internship, ideal for kicking off your career in account management. You'll support Account Managers with listing optimizations, event organization, and campaigns to boost host performance. You'll work from our Munich headquarters and report to a team lead with experience in sales and account management.

Responsibilities:

- Support Account Managers with listing optimizations and questions after bookings

- Organize local events with Account Managers

- Develop campaigns to improve host performance

- Grow into a go-to contact for hosts beyond core regions

Requirements:

- Studying or about to graduate in tourism, business, political science, humanities, social sciences, or a related field

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Self-driven with good time management and ownership

- Positive attitude towards new challenges and empathetic personality

- Near-native German and fluent English language skills
