## Description

As an Electrician at 3M, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative people around the world and make an impact by performing maintenance and repair tasks in a safe manner.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to Shop Work Orders and perform maintenance and repair tasks safely

- Implement and improve preventive maintenance procedures

- Determine parts, tools, and supplies necessary for the job

- Document work activities in the work order SAP

- Willingness to learn and expand craft skills

Qualifications:

- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher

- Possess a valid and current driver's license

- Three (3) years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance

- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed:

- Ability to obtain Wisconsin Journeyman electrician license within established period OR possess a current and valid Wisconsin Journeyman electrician certificate or license

- Experience working with PLCs and Process Controls

- Experience reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and troubleshooting problems

- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with other people

- Basic computer knowledge

Pay & Benefits:

- The starting rate of pay for this position is $40.02 + Shift differential
