The Analytics team empowers data-driven decision-making across product and business units within the Grab Financial Services ecosystem.

As a Senior Analytics Manager (Payments), you will lead payments analytics teams, working closely with cross-functional partners to understand data requirements, identify and track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights.

The Critical Tasks:

- Lead the exploration of business opportunities and formulate data-driven hypotheses to address key challenges.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design, execute, and analyze controlled experiments.

- Develop advanced statistical models to understand interaction effects and establish anomaly detection systems.

- Uphold rigorous standards in measurement and analysis.

- Support team members in their professional development.

- Direct the team's adoption of LLM and GenAI-assisted workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 8 years of experience in Analytics, Product/Business Analytics, or Data Strategy roles.

- A Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.

- Advanced proficiency in data query and manipulation using SQL.

- Solid foundation in Big Data technologies.

- A proven track record of using quantitative analysis to influence product management.

- Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies.
