As a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, you'll play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. You'll provide exceptional customer service, work independently and as part of a team, and positively impact the lives of others.

**Essential Functions:**

- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues

- Focus on customers by giving warm and friendly greetings and offering help when needed

- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions

- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information

- Support opening and closing store activities when needed

- Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty

- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed

- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs

**Required Qualifications:**

- At least 16 years of age

- Physical Requirements:

- Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods

- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally

- Visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

**Education:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

**Anticipated Weekly Hours:**

- 24

**Time Type:**

- Part-time

**Schedule Requirements:**

- Specific shift times apply: Monday - None, Tuesday - None, Wednesday - None, Thursday - None, Friday - 2 pm - 10 pm, Saturday - 2 pm - 10 pm, Sunday - 2 pm - 10 pm

- Every weekend is required

**Pay Range:**

- $15.15 - $22.15
