## Description

TransPerfect is seeking an Account Manager to develop new business relationships and serve as the first level of support to existing clients.

Responsibilities:

- Research prospective clients through various strategies, including internet research, trade show lists, referrals, and personal investigation

- Create accurate data within a CRM of prospective client data

- Cold call prospective clients

- Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy

- Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients

- Educate prospective and existing clients regarding the translation process

- Liaise with production to ensure that all jobs are handled appropriately

- Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality, and customer service

- Research and understand all industries that TransPerfect markets to

- Perform other special projects or duties when required

Requirements:

- Interest in long-term career growth with unlimited earning and advancement potential

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree

- Excellent English communication skills

- Proven sales life cycle experience

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets

- Ability to consistently and predictably advance customer commitment

- Strong customer orientation

- Develop and execute strategies to build share of customer and long-term relationships

- Maintain on-going relationships with customers

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
