## Description

We are seeking an IT Manager for Client Engineering and Endpoint Platforms at American Honda Motor Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the streamlined operation of the team in alignment with the business objectives of the Global Client Engineering & Mobile Platform Group and the Digital Workplace Services Department.

The IT Manager will plan, coordinate, and direct the activities of the team, focusing on client engineering and various endpoint standards, platforms, and solutions. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing regional digital workplace client platforms to ensure reliability, performance, and user satisfaction

- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices

- Defining and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices

- Collaborating with decision-makers to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective processes and technology solutions

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related STEM field

- At least 8 years of relevant IT work experience

- 1-2 years of supervisory experience managing professionals and leading groups

- Experience with endpoint management products, such as Intune and device management

- Knowledge of endpoint technologies for large enterprise companies
