## Description

We are seeking a senior manager to lead the development of new health products at AIA Korea.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Leading the development of new products

- Conducting market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy

- Managing the risk assessment and profitability verification process

- Leading the approval process with Group Office and regulatory bodies

- Managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in product planning, development, and actuarial work

- Experience in developing variable and asset-linked products

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead projects independently

Preferred qualifications:

- Actuarial certification

- Strong business English skills (verbal and written)
