## Description

The GSK laboratory in Evreux is seeking a Technical Sector Manager – HVAC & Black Utilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the activities of subcontractors responsible for HVAC & Black Utilities maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing maintenance providers (planning, performance review, activity monitoring)

- Providing technical support and troubleshooting (root cause analysis, recurrence prevention)

- Ensuring housekeeping standards (installation monitoring, cleanliness)

- Proposing process improvements (maintenance plans)

- Contributing to service objectives (safety, quality, costs)

The ideal candidate will have:

- A minimum of Bac +2 level education

- Confirmed experience as a maintenance technician in the HVAC & Black-Utilities sector, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Autonomy, curiosity, and attention to detail

GSK offers a salary range of EUR 37,875 to EUR 63,125 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in a share-based long-term incentive program.
