## Description

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Ferndown, Dorset. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting customers with their queries, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and presented.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service, making customers feel valued and supported

- Assist customers with their queries and concerns

- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including restocking shelves and processing deliveries

- Operate digital tools to enhance customer experience and improve efficiency

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote products

- Develop knowledge of products, services, and promotions to make informed recommendations to customers

**Contract Details:**

- Part-time position with 30 contract hours per week
