Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at The Galleries Washington, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience

This role requires:

- Availability to work Thursday to Saturday, 18-22, with potential for full-time hours during peak periods

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

- Digital confidence and willingness to learn new systems and technology
