Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work in a high-pressure environment, thriving under stress, delivering five-star service at pace, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Provide remarkable service, making customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices

- Contribute to a positive team environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various store areas

Working hours:

- Sunday: 06:00-10:00

- Thursday: 05:00-09:00

- Friday: 05:00-09:00

- Saturday: 05:00-09:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
