## Description

We are seeking an experienced analyst to join our Investment Banking & Capital Markets (IBCM) division in Tokyo. The successful candidate will be part of a team that provides integrated products and industry sector coverage, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory and debt capital markets activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support and responsibility for origination

- Due diligence of clients and markets

- Deal documentation and internal approvals

- Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches

- Handling day-to-day client queries on all execution-related matters

- Attending client meetings independently

**Requirements:**

- At least 3 years of relevant experience

- Fluent in English and Japanese

- Highly motivated and self-driven with the ability to multitask across clients, projects, and geographies

- Strong quantitative skills, including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques

- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate to demanding clients

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and solve business problems
