## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an intern in Purchasing & Process Optimization. As an intern, you will gain comprehensive insights into the Porsche work environment and support us in various projects and activities.

The Purchasing department is responsible for procuring all non-production materials, services, and project scopes. This includes selecting and controlling suppliers, conducting price and contract negotiations, and ensuring economic and timely supply.

Your tasks will include:

- Assisting in the coordination and optimization of procurement processes

- Supporting the creation and review of orders in SAP

- Close collaboration with purchasers and departments on ongoing topics

- Preparing and analyzing procurement-related key figures and reports

- Preparing meetings, presentations, and minutes

- Gaining insights into negotiations and C-part management

Requirements:

- Studying business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field

- At least 3 semesters of study experience

- Interest in procurement processes, purchasing, and economic relationships

- Proficient in MS Office, ideally with initial knowledge of SAP

- Analytical and structured working style

- Team and communication skills, as well as very good German language skills in writing and speaking
