## Description

As Night Manager at Morrisons Weymouth, you will lead, empower, and support our night shift colleagues. The store will be quiet and closed to customers, but your team will be hard at work making sure everything is stocked, spotless, and ready for the next day.

Responsibilities:

- Lead with care: Support and inspire your team to put customers first, ensuring the store is fully stocked and ready for trade every morning.

- Manage your team: Take ownership of department scheduling, attendance, and resource planning.

- Develop your team: Train, coach, and build confidence across your colleagues.

- Drive performance and standards: Work collaboratively with other store managers to deliver against targets.
