## Description

The Gables, located in Scunthorpe, is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join their team.

The Gables provides residential support for 12 individuals with complex mental health needs, offering an integrated step-down service from hospital and locked rehabilitation.

As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in the recovery of residents, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring residents' personal needs are met, including personal care, participation in activities, and support with daily living tasks.

- Completing daily administration tasks, such as updating person-centred support and care plans, charts, and daily notes.

- Maintaining professional relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and visitors.

- Contributing to the maintenance of safety, security, and confidentiality standards.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or a related area, or an equivalent or higher recognised qualification. GCSEs or an NVQ Level 2 in English and Maths are also required.
