As a Maintenance Technician at Accor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

**Job Details**

- Salary: R$2,306.80 per month

- Benefits:

**Responsibilities**

- Perform daily preventive maintenance tasks

- Replace lamps, reactors, sockets, and other equipment

- Inspect parking and garage areas

- Carry out necessary repairs and maintenance

- Follow all procedures in the area, complying with Autocontrol processes

- Verify the functioning of water pumps daily, ensuring hot and cold water supply 24/7, and perform repairs on related hydraulic items

- Keep the workspace and equipment clean and organized

- Clean and paint technical areas

- Organize documents from third-party companies

- Execute open work orders in the system
