## Description

We are seeking a Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Cavell Hospital in Enfield. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a flexible shift pattern.

The successful candidate will assist with the delivery of physiotherapy interventions as directed by a registered Physiotherapist. Responsibilities include:

- Supporting patients with prescribed exercises, mobility practice, and therapeutic activities in a safe and compassionate manner

- Setting up and preparing treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions

- Providing reassurance and motivation to patients during therapy

- Assisting with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and stock checks

- Following all relevant health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding procedures

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

- Experience working in a healthcare, care, or rehabilitation setting

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a multidisciplinary team

- A caring, patient-focused approach and commitment to promoting independence

- Basic literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
