As a Patient Recruitment Specialist, you will communicate general information about the company, create volunteer files, advise new volunteers on procedures to participate in clinical studies, and plan medical appointments. You will also verify volunteer files, ensure confidentiality, and retain active volunteers.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate general company information

- Create volunteer files

- Advise new volunteers on study participation procedures

- Inform volunteers about study progression, inclusion and exclusion criteria

- Schedule medical appointments and notify cancellations

- Verify and update volunteer files while maintaining confidentiality

- Retain active volunteers

- Solicit existing database volunteers

- May be assigned to other clinical tasks

- Execute activities according to company policies, standard operating procedures, and operational guides

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience

- Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and clinical software

- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, written, and oral skills

- Experience in customer service, call centre, or telemarketing is an asset

- Regulatory environment experience is an asset

- English proficiency; bilingualism required, including understanding various messages, verbal exchange on task-related topics, and writing simple messages
