## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

You'll be working part-time, Wednesday to Saturday, 11:00-15:00, but due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

We're looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing style advice and excellent customer service

- Utilising our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Keeping standards high while balancing speed and accuracy

- Contributing to a positive store environment and supporting your colleagues

- Adapting to where you're needed, when you're needed
