## Description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Dishwashers to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment in a fast-paced luxury dining setting.

Responsibilities:

- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area at all times

- Properly sort and store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment

- Assist with trash removal and recycling as needed

- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the Supervisor

- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment

- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager

- Work collaboratively with team members to support a smooth, efficient kitchen operation

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing 40–50 pounds

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

- Ability to follow instructions and take direction

- Team player with good communication skills

- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift

- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed

- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels and temperatures

- Ability to safely navigate busy operational areas and work around equipment, wet surfaces, and other workplace conditions
