## Description

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join their team in Morrisville, PA. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within the store. You will be the first point of contact to assist patients and customers, ensuring an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care

- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices to manage and improve patient health

- Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care

- Complete basic inventory activities, such as accurately putting away medication deliveries and completing cycle counts

- Support immunizations, including preparing and administering vaccines

- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy

- Ability to complete required training within a designated timeframe

- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician

- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting

- Ability to work across multiple locations to meet business needs
