## Description

At Leidos Australia, you'll contribute to critical infrastructure projects that support the security, reliability, and modernisation of enterprise technology environments. As a Systems Administrator, your role involves implementing and supporting infrastructure solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities:

- Build, configure, test, and deploy infrastructure solutions across Windows, Unix, Linux, virtualised, and cloud platforms

- Support major technology initiatives, including infrastructure migrations, upgrades, cloud adoption, and platform modernisation projects

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, cybersecurity specialists, vendors, and operational teams to deliver secure solutions

- Contribute to continuous improvement through automation, infrastructure standardisation, and operational best practices

Requirements:

- Experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or a similar technical role

- Knowledge of Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems, including server provisioning, configuration, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management

- Understanding of core infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, networking, storage, authentication, monitoring, backup, and performance management

- Experience with virtualisation technologies, such as VMware and/or Microsoft Hyper-V

- Knowledge of infrastructure security, system hardening, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and compliance requirements
