## Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at TransPerfect in El Paso, TX. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients via inbound calls.

**Responsibilities**

- Troubleshoot technical issues with cellular phones, billing, and general customer inquiries

- Answer inbound calls from customers and provide clear and accurate information

- Engage with your PC throughout your shift to perform data entry, look-up, and corresponding tasks

- Maintain confidentiality and comply with PCI requirements

**Qualifications**

- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required; 18 years or older

- 1 year of Customer Service experience, or Call Center experience, and desktop applications experience

- Minimum 1 year experience working with mobile phones, either in a technical support role or service capacity

- Schedule flexibility

- Effective communication and literacy skills

- Computer skills – basic navigation and typing skills

- Communication tools – Teams, Outlook

- Time management

- Ability to work with challenging customers and maintain a positive experience on each call
