## Description

As an HR Generalist at TaskUs, you will be the primary person responsible for taking care of employees, focusing on employee or labor relations. Your tasks will include:

- Conducting NTE reviews and validations

- Handling initial investigations and administrative hearings, making recommendations for decisions aligned with the company's code of conduct

- Managing DOLE cases, data management, and data accuracy

- Acting as an advisor to stakeholders on people-related issues and concerns

- Conducting FGDs and policy roadshows

- Handling employee grievances

To qualify for this role, you should have:

- At least 2 years of experience, preferably in a BPO setting on a generalist or supervisory level

- Strong background in employee/labor relations

- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to work independently

- Willingness to work on-site and on a night shift/rotating schedule
