## Description

We are looking to recruit a person to work as part of the Admin Team at Rowley Hall Hospital, to support with a range of tasks including booking of clinics, booking of surgical admissions, scanning of documents, rescheduling of clinics, general admin etc.

You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. You will be expected to deliver a first class service to patients, consultants and colleagues.

**Responsibilities**

- Booking of clinics, booking of surgical admissions, scanning of documents, rescheduling of clinics, general admin etc.

**Requirements**

- Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent

- Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databases

- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day to day basis applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills

- Positive, willing attitude

- Self-motivated and possess strong organisational, interpersonal and above all customer service skills
