Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stane Park, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer. You'll work in a high-pressure environment, delivering five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation we're driving.

Responsibilities:

- Provide remarkable service to customers, making sure they feel truly valued every time they shop with us.

- Utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, where everyone works hard and supports each other in delivering a seamless customer experience.

- Work across various areas of the store, adapting to the changing demands of the retail environment.

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers.

Requirements:

- Be digitally confident and able to use digital tools.

- Be a team player and contribute to a positive work environment.

- Be flexible and able to work across various areas of the store.

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment and stay sharp, fast, and focused when the store is at its busiest.

Working Hours:

- Sunday: 16:00 - 20:00

- Monday: 19:00 - 23:00

- Tuesday: 19:00 - 23:00

- Wednesday: 19:00 - 23:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
