## Description

As a Dealer Success Manager, you will operate as a Strategic Consultant and Customer-Centric Partner to auto dealers, anchoring your efforts within the Capital One Sales Process.

You will be instrumental in expanding the company's footprint by contributing to and supporting the POD's efforts in gaining and retaining Navigator Platform subscribers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and POD team members to develop and execute cohesive market strategies and achieve unified sales goals.

- Driving superior success by contributing to and supporting the POD's sales efforts for Navigator Platform, and owning the customer adoption and retention lifecycle.

- Providing subject matter expertise on processes and Navigator Platform when representing the Sales organization.

- Troubleshooting product and process issues related to Navigator Platform.

- Conducting frequent, in-market visits to dealerships to foster relationships and execute the customer enablement cycle.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A high school diploma, GED or equivalent certification.

- At least 1 year of experience in Process Management.

- At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management.

Preferred qualifications include:

- A Bachelor's Degree.

- 2+ years of experience in Process Management.

- 2+ years of experience in Relationship management.

In terms of compensation, the minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are $109,900 - $125,400.
