## Description

We are seeking a Rural Sales Executive to join our Small Farm Team. As a Rural Sales Executive, you will provide the first point of triage for all inbound enquiries as well as a broking service for telephone and web sales.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing strong relationships with clients

- Ensuring transactions are conducted with full transparency

- Dealing with incoming enquiries from clients and agents

- Behaving with all clients (both internal and external) fairly and ethically

- Assisting in the creation of comprehensive broking information documents

- Ensuring up to date records are maintained at all times on the Group systems

- Assisting in planning the most appropriate insurance programme for the client’s demands and needs

- Ensuring that all information is passed when required to the appropriate team

To perform this role, you will need:

- Good level of numeracy and literacy

- Good communication skills including written, verbal, and face-to-face

- Ability to work independently and use initiative

- Negotiation and influencing skills (able to sell)

- Computer literacy

- Resilience and calm under pressure

In terms of knowledge and experience, we are looking for:

- Experience of a sales environment (preferably telesales)

- Knowledge or experience of the Rural Sector/Lifestyle (desirable but not essential)

- 1-2 years experience working in insurance broking sector
