## Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient team at Clifton Park Hospital in York.

The role involves working autonomously as part of the Outpatient Team to provide high-quality, individualized patient care. You will have the ability and clinical competence to undertake extended practice, including venepuncture and wound care management. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with adherence to Ramsay's policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality patient care

- Work autonomously and as part of a team

- Undertake extended practice, including venepuncture and wound care management

- Support outpatient services as delegated by the outpatient manager

- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues

Requirements:

- Registered with the NMC

- High standards of clinical competence

- Awareness of NICE guidelines on clinical assessment

- Sound written and verbal communication skills

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
