## Description

We are seeking a Student Trainee in Supply Chain to join our team in Graz, Austria. The successful candidate will support the operational production planning team to ensure smooth material and information flow.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the team with operative production planning to ensure seamless material and information flow

- Collaborate on planning, tracking deadlines, and coordinating production orders

- Maintain, prepare, and evaluate relevant data in our ERP systems

- Support administrative and organisational tasks within the Operations department

- Contribute to optimising processes and workflows along the value chain

- Provide flexible support to adjacent departments such as Order Processing, Purchasing, and Quality Assurance as needed

- Work closely with Production, Logistics, Purchasing, and other internal interfaces

Requirements:

- Current studies in Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

- Interest in production planning, materials management, and operational business processes

- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel

- Structured, independent, and meticulous work style

- Analytical thinking and high learning willingness

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Good German and English language proficiency

The minimum salary for this position is €41,270.46 gross per year according to the collective agreement of the vehicle industry. The actual remuneration depends on your qualification and professional experience and can significantly exceed this amount.
