We are seeking a part-time Beauty Expert to join our team at Douglas Hamburg. As a Beauty Expert, you will play a key role in driving our business forward by exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth and exceed customer expectations

- Convert customers into brand ambassadors

- Provide excellent customer service and embody our brand style

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

- Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field

- Passion for Charlotte Tilbury and willingness to represent the brand

- Ideally, experience as a make-up artist

- Positive attitude, energy, and customer-focused mindset

- Deutschniveau B2
