## Description

Illingworth Research Group is seeking a Research Nursing Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will assist with the maintenance of research nursing project electronic files, ensure GCP and SOP compliance, and support Research Nursing Project Managers with various tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with maintaining research nursing project electronic files, ensuring GCP and SOP compliance

- Obtain and maintain relevant nurse approvals and study-specific documentation

- Assist with ordering and purchasing equipment/supplies for allocated research nursing projects

- Organize shipment of equipment/supplies to/from Illingworth nurses

- Coordinate logistics for study visits

- Perform quality control checks on off-site visit worksheets and paperwork

- Maintain effective communications between Illingworth, research nurses, clients, and trial sites

- Provide support for research nurses in resolving day-to-day project issues

**Requirements:**

- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
