## Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager: B2C Field Sales to join our team at Vattenfall Next Energy GmbH. As a Sales Manager, you will provide personalised consulting to interested parties in your region, focusing on photovoltaic and heat pump solutions. Your goal will be to build long-term relationships with customers and provide high-quality advice.

Key aspects of the role:

- Personalised consulting for customers in your region

- Identifying customer needs and presenting tailored offers

- Close collaboration with internal teams, technical departments, and regional craft partners

- Accompanying customers from initial consultation to handover to our regional specialist companies

- Building long-term, trusting customer relationships and promoting recommendations through high-quality consulting

Requirements:

- Experience in field sales, ideally in the energy sector (photovoltaic systems and heat pumps), construction, building technology, or a comparable field

- Enjoyment of personal consulting and genuine sales talent

- Strong ability to close deals, independent work style, and teamwork

- Structured working methods, professional use of CRM and mobile tools

- Motivation to sell meaningful and substantial products
