## Description

We are looking for a driven individual to join our Silicon Operation team as a Chip NPI Business Planner. As part of the Hsinchu NPI planning team, you will be responsible for crafting an optimized production schedule for our new devices.

Your key responsibilities will include: Acting as a link between our NPI program managers and other NVIDIA functional planners to craft an optimized production schedule for our new devices. Monitoring the WIP status daily to ensure the production schedule gets executed as planned. Clarifying and getting alignment with owners on issues related to specs, business process, and data variance vital to executing the chip supply plan. Hosting weekly status meetings with management and cross-functional teams to highlight the overall health of all active new chip products. Partnering with stakeholders on how to best enable contract manufacturers to successfully carry out complex engineering experiments and fulfill dynamic engineering unit demand. Collaborating with project team members to identify lessons learned and formulate corresponding enhancement actions after the conclusion of each NPI product.

To succeed in this role, you will need: 5+ years of working experience in the semiconductor planning field. A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in semiconductor planning. Good communication, problem-solving, teamwork, detailed-oriented, organizational, and quantitative skills. Proficiency in business software, including MS Office and SAP. Knowledge of Excel VBA, macro, and RPA is a plus. Fluency in English is required. An organized, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
