## Description

We are seeking a Manager (Development) to join the Development and Alumni Office at HKUST. You will contribute to fulfilling the outreach and fundraising duties of the University while developing your own portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Senior Manager to identify and cultivate prospective donors, develop appropriate options for them, and solicit and manage donations

- Plan and organize stewardship/networking events for donors and prospective donors

- Develop online engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships with broader communities

- Play a key role in fulfilling the team's fundraising targets while developing your own portfolio

Requirements:

- Recognised bachelor's degree

- At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in education fundraising or sales and marketing in the private sector

- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of proficiency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

- Outgoing personality, passion for personal development, outstanding communication skills, networking abilities, proactive attitude, and drive to carry out projects to completion
