## Description

We're seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Team Rehab, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with the ultimate goal of having them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. You'll create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress. You'll also educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those with orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, and other impairments. You'll also have access to ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices in physical therapy.
