## Description

Join HSBC as an AM Employee Workplace Solutions, MSF in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

As part of the Sales, Distribution and Business Development team, you will play a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments.

**Principal Responsibilities:**

- Source new salary accounts from corporate base and meet New-To-Bank targets.

- Cross-sell banking products like Home Loans, Personal Loans, Cards, and Premier services to potential customers.

- Provide clear information about the features and benefits of bank products.

- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

- Handle customer-related problems and complaints.

- Work individually or in a team.

- Comply with HSBC rules.

**Requirements:**

- Graduate, Postgraduate (Master’s) or MBA qualification.

- At least 2 years’ experience in corporate salary sales, frontline customer service, relationship management, or sales.

- Proven ability to assess customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and sales capability.

- Results-driven, with customer-centric behaviors.

- Effective communication in English and local languages.
