## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Meole Brace Shrewsbury, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products

- Utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store

**Work Pattern:**

- Tuesday 18:00-22:00

- Wednesday 18:00-22:00

- Thursday 18:00-22:00

**Note:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
