## Description

We are seeking a Paramedic Practitioner to join our team at Waldron Health Centre, a modern and spacious facility in the heart of Deptford. As a Paramedic Practitioner, you will provide clinical care within a team consisting of general practitioners, advanced healthcare professionals, practice nurses, and healthcare assistants. Your main duties will include triage, on-call duties, home visits, and minor illness management.

The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously within their professional scope of practice, providing care for patients face-to-face, via telephone consultations, and home visits. You will need to prioritize and triage patient needs, making referrals for investigations as necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing clinical care within a multidisciplinary team

- Conducting patient-facing clinics, triage, on-call duties, and home visits

- Managing patient caseloads, including treatment, referral, admission, and discharge

- Working as an autonomous practitioner, maintaining personal and professional clinical standards

- Enhancing performance through Continuous Professional Development
