As a Sr. Analyst, Banca Channel Application, you will design, develop, and maintain Banca channel related systems.

**Responsibilities:**

- Development & Architecture (50%):

- Design systems architecture flow for project business processes involving other systems teams.

- Implement new features and design architecture for new systems.

- Study group policy and communicate with technical/security experts.

- Technical & Project Support (30%):

- Support business requirement analysis, architecture solution, and cost estimation.

- Review business requirements and function design.

- Guide junior developers and vendors.

- Perform production maintenance and enhancements.

- Project Delivery (20%):

- Lead and participate in projects related to Banca channel apps.

- Manage project scoping, development, unit testing, implementation, user training, and close-up.

- Deliver project documentation according to schedule.

**Requirements:**

- Education: University Bachelor degree or above.

- Language: Fluent English and Mandarin.

- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Java backend development.

- Technical skills:

- Proficient in Spring Framework (especially Spring Boot) and MyBatis.

- Strong expertise in microservices with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, service discovery, and API gateways.

- Strong proficiency with MySQL and excellent command of SQL.

- Experience with enterprise-level system's performance enhancement and high availability improvement.

- Preferred experience: Previous experience in bank, insurance, or other financial institutions; experience in training, recruitment, or onboarding system development; familiarity with generative AI techniques and machine learning principles; familiarity with vibe coding.
