## Description

We make health happen at Bupa, supporting those in need through person-centred care in our dedicated care homes. As a Registered Nurse at Bupa Thatcham Court Care Home, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care.

**Your responsibilities:**

- Take responsibility for residents' well-being, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs

- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes

- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans

- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation

**Requirements:**

- Valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse

- Previous experience in ensuring high clinical standards

- Ability to offer clinical guidance to care teams

- Effective communication and reporting skills

- Strong critical thinking skills, especially when working at night
