## Description

We are seeking a Graphic Design Executive to join our Marketing & Communication team at our Milan office on a temporary contract to cover maternity leave.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Designing and creating digital and print materials, including web banners, social media content, brochures, posters, and presentations

- Developing and adapting existing materials using predefined templates, ensuring consistency with Howden's visual identity

- Creating effective and visually engaging company presentations

- Preparing print-ready files, with knowledge of CMYK and typographic production techniques

- Ensuring all creative outputs meet brand guidelines and quality standards

- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time

- Contributing creative ideas and solutions while maintaining uniformity and coherence across all communication channels

The ideal candidate will have:

- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design for digital and print media

- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with Microsoft Office

- Experience working with established brand guidelines and strict layout criteria

- Knowledge of visual communication principles, editorial design, and brand consistency

- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools (Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects) is a plus

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines

- Ability to review and revise creative work to ensure accuracy, quality, and coherence

Requirements:

- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

- Excellent knowledge of Italian and good business English, both written and spoken

Salary and Benefits:

- Temporary contract for maternity leave replacement, with an annual gross salary between €25,000 and €30,000, defined based on experience and skills
