## Description

Recorded Future is seeking an emerging intelligence or cybersecurity professional to join as an Associate Technical Account Manager. This role focuses on learning foundational customer success processes and supporting a segment of accounts under detailed instruction.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support customers' primary technical use cases and needs

- Assist a portfolio of customer accounts in realizing value from Recorded Future's products and services

- Handle customer support escalations effectively to achieve high customer satisfaction

- Help drive the customer lifecycle, orienting to the Customer Success Plan and adherence to the engagement model

- Provide customer engagement support, coordinating and supporting customers and projects as needed

- Maintain administrative rigor in Recorded Future systems of record with meaningful updates on routine customer interactions

- Coordinate the scheduling and preparation for delivery of licensed Professional Services and Advisory engagements

**Learning and Development:**

- Demonstrate an eager willingness to learn and grow in a technical role

- Within 6 months, demonstrate a foundational understanding of the company's pillars, service offerings, and the Recorded Future Platform

**Requirements:**

- Foundational understanding of fundamental intelligence concepts, frameworks, and tradecraft, as well as cybersecurity tooling and SaaS environments

- Strong foundational verbal and written communications, attention to detail, and a drive to learn quickly

- Customer-focused growth mindset and boundless curiosity

- Strong project management skills

- Bachelor's Degree or related experience in cybersecurity, computing science, information systems, intelligence studies, or a related field
