## Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to join our team in North Kingstown. This training role is designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position, focusing on supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage.

**Responsibilities:**

- Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop skills for the Account Sales Manager role

- Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for Account Sales Managers during vacations, sickness, or special projects

- Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for large and small format off-premise stores

- Ensure effective customer service in a safe, productive, and professional manner, adhering to Red Bull's executional standards

**Key Areas of Focus:**

- Training: participate in a training program with opportunities to interview for Account Sales Manager roles upon completion

- Business Acumen: understand Red Bull and its products, build and protect the brand, establish relationships with customers to increase sales

- Daily Preparation: obtain necessary tools, communicate with Account Sales Managers, and train with them

- In-Route Support: cover Account Sales Manager routes, meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, and merchandising

- Off-Route Support: assist with audits, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales

**Requirements:**

- Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record and ability to meet DOT driving standards

- Obtain a DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is advantageous

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
