## Description

We are seeking a Manager Plant Technical Services to lead our technical team at our Oosterbierum plant. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the technical strategy and performance of our plant, including maintenance, projects, and engineering.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement technical strategies to optimize plant performance

- Lead a team of 18 technical professionals, including supervisors, engineers, and contractors

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations

- Develop and manage budgets, plans, and programs for technical services

- Collaborate with other departments to drive business results

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (HBO/WO equivalent)

- 5+ years of technical management experience in a production environment

- Fluency in Dutch and English

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with maintenance programs and asset management

- Proven leadership and team management skills
