## Description

Databricks is looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Development Manager to lead recruiting, pipeline generation strategy, and coaching for Business Development Representatives (BDRs).

The ideal candidate will have experience driving pipeline generation, leading sales development teams, and working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

- Manage, develop, and hire a team of Outbound BDRs

- Coach early-stage sales professionals

- Collaborate with Sales, Demand Gen, and Marketing leadership to ensure campaign success

- Develop relationships with Sales segments to maximise effectiveness

- Foster a positive work environment

Requirements:

- Hybrid schedule with multiple days per week in the Chicago office

- 2+ years of experience as an Outbound SDR manager in SaaS

- 2+ years of experience in sales

- Experience managing outbound pipeline generation

- Passion for coaching and developing talent

- Highly data-driven with expertise in Salesforce and Outreach
